Kiss the Bride
Help during the two biggest stages: The Start and the Finish. This package is for the bride that just need for someone to make sure the start of planning and the finish is perfect. This bride wants to do all the planning in the middle by herself.
This Package includes:
- 10 hours of consultation via phone or email, including budget allocation, vendor referrals and planning timeline.
- Up to 4 hours of consultation prior to the wedding day preferably at your reception venue going over floor plan and every detail of your wedding day
- Creation of a wedding day timeline which gets distributed amongst the wedding party, families, and all vendors
- Confirmation calls to vendors going over arrival times, deliveries, directions, and final payments
- Attendance at tie-down meeting with reception venue
- Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination
- Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination
- Assistance with ceremony and reception set up
- Transport any items from the ceremony to the reception as needed
- 1 assistant for the wedding day who oversees the set up of the reception as well as assists throughout the day
- Delivery of final payments and/or tips to vendors on the wedding day
- Loading of your gifts and personal belongings into designated vehicles at the end of the evening
- Return of cake part rentals
